How to use Spiritual Washes and Rinses
How to Use My Spiritual Wash, Rinse, and Floor Wash for Energy Clearing and Rebirth
In times of spiritual heaviness, uncertainty, or misalignment, my first line of defense is always a spiritual wash. This bitter herbal blend is concentrated and powerful—crafted to cleanse the body, mind, and home of negative energies, low vibrations, psychic attacks, and even supernatural disturbances.
Signs You May Need a Spiritual Wash or Floor Wash
You may be carrying spiritual debris or dealing with an active spiritual attachment if you experience:
- Neck and shoulder tension or unexplained body aches
- Headaches, blurred vision, or sudden dizziness
- Panic attacks or anxiety with no clear trigger
- A feeling that “something is off” in your home or body
- Financial losses, theft, or loss of material items
- Nightmares or intimacy with unknown beings in dreams
- Eye twitching, strange synchronicities, or nonsensical dreams
- Medical or dental issues with no logical diagnosis
- Hair loss or extreme fatigue
Many of these symptoms are brushed off as stress, but in spiritual reality, they can often be signs of witchcraft, psychic attacks, or spirit intrusion. I’ll go deeper into these symptoms and their root causes in a future post—but for now, let’s talk about what you can do immediately.
Why This Wash?
My bitter wash is a concentrated herbal mixture charged with intention, prayer, and energy work. It’s designed to spiritually strip away what doesn’t belong, similar to a deep exfoliation of the energetic body.
When paired with a cord cutting ritual, the experience mimics a physical rebirth. You may cry, release, or feel a sense of emotional reset. This is an excellent ritual for new beginnings, spiritual upgrades, or starting over after hardship.
How to Use the Spiritual Wash on the Body
- Dilute the mixture in a basin of water (preferably spring or filtered water).
- After your regular shower, pour the rinse over your body from head to toe. If you prefer, you can use a washcloth to pat yourself down.
- Rinse lightly if needed, and pat dry gently.
- Dress in white clothing to seal in the cleansing and invite higher vibrations.
- This can be done during the day or night. I personally prefer evenings, as Spirit tends to speak louder in the quiet.
How to Use as a Floor Wash
- Add a generous amount of the spiritual rinse to your mop water.
- Mop from the back of the house to the front, pulling the energy forward and out.
- Dump the water outside your home if possible. If not, flush it down the toilet with prayer and intention.
Use during moments of spiritual unrest, before important events, or when starting something new.
This is a sacred reset. A return to Self. A clearing of the path.
