At House of Obatalá, Integrative Healing & Energy Support sessions offer compassionate, non-invasive care for individuals navigating stress, life transitions, emotional fatigue, illness, or periods of heightened sensitivity. All services are offered in a respectful, trauma-informed, and consent-based manner.
These sessions integrate intuitive energy work, Reiki-informed practices, Pranic Healing techniques, and traditional spiritual methods to support the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
All offerings are non-denominational, inclusive, and welcoming to individuals of all backgrounds and belief systems.
Healing Services
Pranic Healing

Virtual or In-Person
A structured, non-touch energy healing session focused on restoring balance and flow within the energetic body. Sessions may include aura cleansing, energy calibration, cord cutting, and chakra restoration to support clarity, grounding, and vitality.
Well-suited for stress, burnout, emotional fatigue, energetic depletion, and boundary support.
Reiki

Optional: Limpia, Despojó & Santiguo
An in-person Reiki session guided by intuitive hand placement. During the session, the body’s responses inform the work, and guidance may be shared as appropriate. This offering supports relaxation, grounding, and energetic regulation.
When aligned and with consent, traditional practices such as Limpia, Despojó, and Santiguo may be incorporated as supportive cleansing and blessing elements. These practices are always optional and guided by comfort and readiness.
Often chosen during periods of emotional heaviness, transition, or when deeper grounding is needed.
Santiguo (Spiritual Blessing & Alignment)

Santiguo is a gentle, intentional blessing session focused on protection, grounding, and spiritual alignment. This practice supports energetic balance and is often sought during times of transition, emotional vulnerability, or when a sense of calm and reassurance is desired.
This session is non-invasive, respectful, and offered with clear intention and consent.
Cord Cutting & Limpia
$375 · In-Person Only
A focused, intentional session designed to support the release of unhealthy energetic attachments and lingering influences that no longer serve your well-being. This service includes a Limpia with cord cutting, offered with care, clarity, and consent.
Often sought during significant life transitions, prolonged emotional ties, or periods of relational or energetic strain. Due to the depth of this work, readiness and alignment are essential.
