The following guidelines are here to protect both your time and mine, ensure energetic integrity, and support a smooth and respectful experience for all.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes. I offer both in-person sessions at my Bronx location and virtual sessions via Zoom. Please choose the option that best suits your needs when booking.
Q: What language are sessions available in?
Sessions are available in both English and Spanish.
Q: I’m not sure what service to book. Can you help me choose?
Absolutely. Email me at houseofobatala@gmail.com with a brief description of what you’re experiencing, and I’ll guide you to the right service.
Q: How do I access my Zoom session?
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and session details. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within 5–10 minutes.
Q: What if I’m running late?
Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed, but sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time to honor the schedule of others.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Q: Are sessions recorded?
Not automatically. If you’d like to record your Zoom session, you may request permission at the start. I do not provide recordings.
Q: Are your services confidential?
Yes. All sessions are held in confidence and with spiritual and ethical integrity.
Q: Can I bring a friend or partner to my session?
Please reach out before booking if you want to bring someone. Some sessions may allow it, while others are intended for individual work only.
Q: Do you work with clients outside of New York?
Yes! I work with clients around the world through virtual sessions and pre-recorded readings. Travel-based work is available for approved events and collaborations.
Policies & Terms
• No Refunds: Due to the energetic nature of this work, all sales are final. Please be certain before booking.
• Reschedules: Allowed with 24+ hours’ notice.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or marked as a no-show.
• Right to Refuse Service: I reserve the right to decline sessions that feel out of alignment or unsafe for any reason.
• Respectful Conduct Required: Disrespectful behavior, inappropriate requests, or spiritual boundary violations will result in a ban from future services.
